I'll review existing stats, the competition, product reviews, and everything else I can find. I'll also give you the text needed to implement (or adjust existing) customer surveys. This is required.

First Draft

I'll submit the first draft and we'll have a call to review. A second draft is provided if necessary.

Final Draft

This will be delivered via word doc. I do not implement, publish, or hit the send button.

Optimization

You’ll receive an email via Databox requesting permission to access your account so I can evaluate performance and suggest improvements. Rinse and repeat.
